The next thing I am going to show you is called the Figure Eight with the Hip. Again, this is like we are drawing a figure eight with our hip. If we had a pencil out on the side, we would be drawing a figure eight out to the side. Figure eight. So again, you want to make sure you are tucked under. Chest is lifted. Your standing leg is your back leg and that arm will come up. Bring one foot slightly in front of you. Again, that is just there for balance. So, we are going to be in the neutral position. We are going to drop the hip down, around, and back to make that back loop. And, bring it back center. We will just do that back loop again. Down, around, and back. And, center. What you want to do is you want to down, twist back, come up, and center. And, forward. Bring it down. Twist forward, around, and center. Watching the rest of your body. Down, around, up, and back to center. Now, to put this together, you want to drop down around back. Bring it up. Neutral. Drop it down and forward. Around, up, neutral. Again. Down, around, and back. Bring it up. Neutral. Down around front. We will start smoothing it out. This is Figure Eight with the Hips. And, we will pick up the pace just a little bit. This is a Figure Eight with the Hip.
