The next thing I show you is called the O. Again, the O is done with the hip. It is almost like you had a pencil on the side and you are drawing an o on a piece of paper. Again, make sure you are in correct posture. We are going to turn to the side. Back leg, back arm. That is your standing leg. Again, leg just comes out slightly in front of you and that is just there for balance. Hold the arm behind you. You want to make sure it is there with intention, with a little bit of hold. Make sure your chest stays lifted and you stay tucked in. You want to drop the hip. Bring it around to the back. Up, around, and down. Again, making an o with your hip. You are going to add just a slight twist forward and back. As you are coming around back, twist forward. Just to be able to get that range of motion in there. And, smooth it out into an o. Watch the upper body. And, up. Down. Up. Up. Again, this is the O. We are going to pick up the pace on it just a little bit. An o. O. And, that is how to do an O with your hip.
