"The move I am going to show you with your hip is called the N. This is going to be the lower case n, so it is going to be smoother. Again, from the side of your hip, it is almost like you are going to drawing a lower case n with your hip. You want to turn to the side. Keep yourself in posture. Back leg, back arm. You want to bring this foot just in front of you for balance, and it is slightly just in front of me. You want to bring the hip forward. Twist it up, and bring it back to draw the n. Twist up. Bring it forward. Twist up, and back. Up and forward. Up and back. Up and forward. This is the lower case n. Up and forward. Up and back. Make sure to have this arm hanging down behind you. You want to prop it up just slightly so it is there with intention. And, you want to make sure you are showing off the full hip here. And, n. N. Watch your upper body.
