"The next thing I'm going to show you is called an M. The M is done with a hip from the side. It's basically like we're going to be drawing an M with our hip. So, if you had a pencil there on a piece of paper we're going to be drawing an M. So, again you want to turn to the side, keep your posture, make sure you're tucked under, chest is lifted, back arm, back leg; just remember that weight is on the back leg. Foot is straight in front of you. If I was going to do this forward on my foot is straight in front of me, so again straight in front of me. Now with the hip, we're going to bring it forward first. We're going to bring the hip up straight, down center, up and back. Essentially if we had a pen here we'd be drawing an M. Again, you're going to be adding a little bit of a twist with your hip with it to be able to make that motion on the M. So, lift, drop, lift, drop, lift, drop, lift, drop, again this is the M. You want to make sure you watch your upper body. Your upper body is not moving up and down with the M. You want to keep it very still. Lift, drop, lift, down, lift, drop, lift, down; you can pick up this pace on it a little bit. This is the M."
