"The next thing I'm going to show you is called a spin with a dip. You can do this with a three point turn or just a turn in place. I like to do it on my toes with a veil. You want to make sure you have nice strong arms with this one, you are in correct posture and you want to make sure your arms are; you are very aware of your arms. You don't want you arms to start flopping while you're doing this move. You want to keep your veil up. So, you're just going to do a basic turn. I'm just going to do a turn in place. So, we're just going to extend the arms with that. We're going to keep the arms out. We'll just spin with it first; spin, spin, spin; again, just holding the veil; the proper position with your hands. So, we're going to spin, spin, spin. We come forward. We're going to dip and dip and dip and dip. That's a spin with a dip. So, again we're going to spin, spin, spin, and then we're going to add the dip and dip and dip and dip and dip. That's a spin with a dip. It's just a basic spin and all you're doing is airplaning almost with your arms. So, to dip you're bringing your arms down and down. We'll try it one more time. So, spin, dip and dip and dip. That's a spin with a dip."
