"The next move I'm going to show you is called a figure eight with a veil. Again, you want to make sure you keep your proper stance have the veil behind you, make sure you're tucked under, chest is lifted, knees are slightly bent. Make sure you always keep this posture for all your moves. What we're going to do is we're going to keep; bring up one hand behind you with the veil. We're going to bring our right foot in front of us; just there for balance. We're going to place this veil on our head. Make sure your hand isn't too cramped up or anything; just right here on your head. What we're going to do is draw a figure eight, almost like we're drawing on the wall with the veil. So, we're going to bring it down around and up, down around and up, down around forward, down around and back, down around and forward, down around and back. We're going to pick up the pace just a little bit. This is figure eight with a veil. Then we're going to swap sides. Bring your right hand up on your head, left hand, left foot forward, down around forward, down around back, down around forward, down around back, keeping your posture, down around forward, back and up the pace. You can do this fast or you can do it slow. We'll just slow it down just a little bit. That is figure eight with a veil."
