"Hi I'm Keith Fitzpatrick this is easy to learn hip hop and I'm going to show you how to do an arm pop. So what you want to do, we'll start with our right arm, you want to keep your hand open you don't want to clinch your fist. Clinching your fist kind of causes your popping motion to kind of go into your hand. So you want to leave your hands open and we'll start coming up here, you'll pop up boom, you want to hit up at your elbow. So you hit up, two, three, four. On the last one you want to hit here at your shoulder so it'll come up, boom. So you'll go up two, three, four, pop it out. Same thing with this hand, keep the hands open, don't clinch your fist, keep your hands open at all times. Bring it up here at your elbow, pop, two, three, four, pop, hit it up with the last one. So as you're coming up you want to transfer your weight with your right hand to your left toe. So you'll come up, boom, two, three, four, hit it up, bring it back down, switch it around. This hand with the weight on this toe, up two, three, four, hit. Alright, so let's try it again with this hand; bring it up one, two, three, four, hit. Switch it around, transfer your weight up two, three, four, hit. You really to make sure that everything is really isolated, and that you keep your hands open, so that you get that free look when you're popping. Up two, three, uh. Hit two, three. One more time, that's one, two, three, hit, one, two, three, hit. Alright, that's how you do a pop."
