Video Transcript

"Hi there, I'm Tracy Goodwin and I'm the red sweater lady and today we're going to talk about how to do a thorough warm up for actors or speakers and I can't stress enough how essential the warm up is, whether it's before an audition if you're an actor or whether it's before an acting job or a voice over job or if you're a speaker before you go out and give your speech and this is whether you're speaking for a class assignment or whether you're a professional speaker or have been asked to give a speech for a professional organization. The warm up is essential and really doesn't have to be that extensive. There are a few main things that you really need to do. Maybe takes you thirty minutes or less but I want to touch base of all the components of a thorough warm up."
