"This is major arpeggios in the cycle of fourths. So basically what we're going to do is the same thing as the major scale in the cycle of fourths but with the arpeggio. One, three, five, seven, one, seven, five, three, one. Starting on C. Hold it. Now to F. Hold it. Now to B-flat. Now we're on D-flat. When you practice go all the way around the cycle."
