"Hi. I'm Keith Fitzpatrick. This is hip hop aerobic moves and we're going to go over the step back. So another part of the warm up, this actually has a piece from one of the other clips I showed you in this part of the warm up. So all you're going to do is we're going to start by hopping onto our left foot. We're going to hop and up. You'll hop here, up. Here, up. Just like that alright. So it's going to go one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. From here you just walk forward four steps starting with your left foot. One, two, three, four, then you step back. Here, here, here and up ok. So it goes, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, you pop, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And you just start the whole thing over again. So really simple. One, two, three, uh, pop, here, pop, here, here, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and that's it. So we'll just kick it up to tempo. It'll be here, boom, kah, chi chi, bah, boom, hit, boom, hit, and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. That's your step back."
