Hi, my name is Keith Fitzpatrick, this is hip hope aerobic moves, and we're going to go over a triple hop, which is another part of my warm up. My warm up was real long; it was like fifteen minutes long. So all you're going to do is you start off with three hops to each side, that's why it's called a triple hop. You're going to go one, and a, here and here. So you start with your right foot. And you make sure you get those knees way up. Don't just do this, don't pitter pat, you really want to make them up, up, up, OK? So again, you start here, here, here, you go the other way, here, here, here. You step forward, here, and here and right into it again, other way. Here, boom, here, boom. So you can switch directions until you can come this way, you can go that way. Slide, boom, slide, boom, you come this way, you step here, here, alright? So just make sure you get your knees all the way up, and on the last part, make sure you get really low to put more of a lunge into that movement. So again, it's going to go, hop, hop, hop, hop, hop, hop, here, up, here, up, hop, hop, hop, hop, hop, hop, here, up, up. And that's your triple change.
