"Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick. This is hip hop aerobic moves, and we're going to go over our switch change for a warm up. So with this one, it's a lot of just ball changes which you're switching sides instead of just being a regular ball change you're going to switch into another movement from the ball change. So you're going to start with the ball change, you'll be and here, and here. OK, that's starting on your right foot. Right, left, out, left, right, out. When you come out, you dip down and you go here, then you dip down and then you come back. It goes from our switch change to our dip change from the other one. So it's going to start, and one, two, and three, four. Then you come here and out, here and out. Then you just go right back into it. Boom, boom, here, boom, boom, here and dip and out dip and out. A lot of times I'll keep my hands in my pockets when I do a ball change cause I want everyone to focus on what my feet are doing. So you start with your right foot, this one, and here, out, and here, out. Then you drop down here, and change, here and change. OK? So the tempo, we'll start out, boom, boom, and here, and you drop right down into that, OK? So it's going to go, and here, and here, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, just like that. There's your switch change."
