"Hi. I'm Keith Fitzpatrick. This is hip hop aerobic moves. We're going to go over something called the hop it back. So, with this step all we're doing is we're going to start with our right foot. I always start with my right foot. You're going to hop back onto your right foot. You'll hop here; just like that. Then you'll switch and do it with your left. You'll hop, hop, hop. It might be better if I illustrate it this way. You're going to go hop, hop, hop and you turn this way. OK. So, again steps going one, two, three and four. From here you're just going to take two little small steps; here up, here, up. Then you'll do the same thing again. You hop, back, back, back and turn, up and up and. OK. So, when you kick that up a notch it's a little bit different. You're going to go here, here, here, ah, boom, hit, boom, hit, boom, boom, boom, hit, up, back, up, back and just keep repeating the same thing. Come on; boom, hit, boom, hit. Make sure you push and really let yourself go back with that. So, again you're just pushing back, back, back. Are you tired? You get a little breather and then you push again, breather, little small steps again. Alright? So that's your little hop it back."
