"Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick, this is Hip Hop Aerobic moves and we're going to go over something called the Kick Back. Now this step is really fun, I like it a lot, it's a lot of movement though. So you're going to start, you'll be here and you'll kick your leg out here. Your left foot's going to come all the way up to the front and your arms will come all the way back. So you start here, you'll go, here, you go back down, switch it out. Other way, you'll go back down, and you take your right arm, your right arm comes all the way around, you come back. Then your left hand comes all the way around and you come back. O.k.? So again, you're starting low, you'll come back, down, back, down, around, down, around, down. Then you can just switch directions. Here, back, here, back, all the way around with each arm. This looks easy, but when you have it going to a fast tempo, it's a lot different. So you kick it up, you'll be here, around, pull in, here, and you just go all the way around. Just keep going, this direction, this direction, around, around and back to front, front, around, around, and that's your Kick Back."
