"Hi. I'm Keith Fitzpatrick this is hip hop aerobic moves. We're going to go over something called the MJ Slide. Now this is a; I do a lot of old school stuff in my warm up. This is another one that was really old school. But, you would just slide here and your hands come together and you step to the other side, you step out and your hands come together, then you will rock here, then you'll rock here, then you'll rock here and you'll come back up. Each time when you rock you have to get lower, lower, lower, lower. So, you're sliding up, sliding up, then you have to get low and low and low, then back up, then you'll do the other way and here, and low and low and low, back up. So, each time you do that you're putting all the weight on your quads right here. So, you want to slide out, boom, here, boom, here, step out, low, low, up, here, up, here, up, here, here, here, up. Alright? So, make sure you keep everything bent, so if you get up you get up you won't be putting no pressure on that part of your legs. So, keep everything in plie as I always say.
