"Hi, I'm Keith Fitzpatrick, this is hip hop aerobic moves and we're going to go over something called the pull down. So with this step, it's real easy, you're just going to kind of step and pull, you'll slide and pull. So you're really going to kind of stretch your body out and pull. So it's going to be here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, alright? Buy you really kind of have to boom, really reach because you want to get big and pull in, OK? So it's going to go here, here,here, here, here, here, here, here so as you do that, you're reaching, you're stepping, you're sliding and dragging this foot and pulling it in. Boom, boom, here, and here, and so OK, that's the tempo. You'll be boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, alright? Just make sure that you reach really big, pull down in, slide in, slide in. Just make sure you're pulling down each time, that's your pull down."
