Hi my name is Keith Fitzpatrick, this is Hip Hop Aerobic Moves and we're going to go over the Arm Swing. It's a real another old school dance that I put my movement to. All you're going to do is you'll hop here and you swing your arm this way. You hop here and you swing your arm that way and you do the same motion again but you bring it back and you shoot out again. So you're really just shooting here, you're jumping, jump and jump here and here. You're jump boom jump boom jump here and here. So each time you do it you want to jump up and get low jump get low jump here and here. So when you do the tempo it's real quick, you're more like, boom here, boom here, boom here and here and here and here and here and here. So each time you do it you want to make sure you're jumping up and getting low and jumping get low each time you just want to jump boom ah, boom ah, boom ah and ah and that's it.
