"Hi I'm Keith Fitzpatrick, this is hip hop aerobic moves and we're going to go over the high step. Now this is another part of the warm-up that I do in my classes. And it's kind of like the pushdown except you're not really pushing with your arms. You're just raising your knees up. So you're going to come up as high as you can. You'll go here, here and then you're going to hop. Here, here, here. You switch. Here, here and jump. Here, here, here. A lot of times we just swing this way too. Here, here, here, here. And let's keep this same thing going. Boom and back, back, back. So each time you'll just want to make sure you keep your knees as high as you possibly can. And it's all you knees, your arms are not even really involved. You're here. Up, up, up, up, up. Okay? So again, you just going to come up. Here, here, here, here, here. You'll switch that. Here, here, here, here, here. You're going to switch to the front. Boom, here. Switch. Here, here, here. Switch. Here, here, here, here, here. So it's all one big long one. It doesn't stop at all. You just keep going. Boom, boom, hit, hit, hit. Boom, boom, hit, hit, hit. Here, here, hit, hit, hit. Here, here, hit, hit, hit. That'll definitely get your heart rate up. That's your high step."
