"Once your grout has been mixed, you can take your mask off, and you want to wait about five minutes for it to set, it's called "sleeking." Once it's set, you can take a wet sponge, just a regular kitchen sponge is fine, and you can use it to scoop up some grout and apply it to your mosaic. Remember that you have grout joints going at every angle, so you want to go back and forth. Make sure you get grout into all of your joints, even the edges. That looks pretty good. You can go over it again and again, until you make sure that grout is in all of those joints. If you have extra grout on top of the tile, that's absolutely perfect, you're going to wash that off in the next step."
