Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Jon, and in this clip we will be cleaning our opening. There's a couple things that need to be addressed first. Along our opening we have some nails that are left over from our old door where it was attached. We need to remove those before we install our new door. Otherwise it's not going to fit and we're going to have problems. Next I need to clean away my threshold and all that spray foam and just sweep up and vacuum anything that might be in the way. Now again it's just easier to cut off any nails that might be in the way, so I'm just going to use a reciprocating saw and cut it off. To remove the foam I'm just going to take a flathead screwdriver and a hammer and just chip it away. And then you just want to vacuum up any debris that might get in the way."
