"Hi, this is Jon, and in this clip we'll be identifying our problem. We have a couple different problems with our garage entry door. The first one is that it does not have the fire rating that we need it to have. The second problem is that when it was installed it wasn't installed very good, so there's lots of leaks around the door where cold air comes in the winter, and warm air comes in the summer. And then the last problem that we're going to be solving by putting a new door in is this particular door does not have a very good insulation value, so we're going to be purchasing a door that is better insulated and will better insulate our house. Now one other thing with installing a new door, it will help with the security of the house. The new door that we are putting in is quite a bit stronger than the current door that is in here, and that's going to give us more value when it comes to the security of our house."
