"Now we are going to go over the knees, a cross punch and a kick in our workout. So, we are going to start out bringing our knee up one, two, cross punch, three, four. Bringing our left knee up and as we bring our knee up, we want to twist to engage our abdominals. If you just bring your knee up, you won't get as good a workout. So, let's start running in place. On my count. Five, four, three, two, one, knee one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Six, one, two, three, four. Five, one, two, three, four. Four. Three. Two. Last one. And, run in place. And those are the knees in our cardio kick boxing workout."
