"Now we're going to go over two hooks and two upper cuts in our Cardio Kick boxing workout. So we're going to start out with our legs apart. And we're going to right hook punch, left hook punch. Upper cut and upper cut. And on the upper cuts, we're going to try to bow. To engage more muscles in our legs. So ready. We're going to start with our right hand. Five, four, three, two, one. One, two, three, four, seven. One, two, three, four, six. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, four. One, two, three, four, three. One, two, three, four, two.
