"O.k., the next thing we're going to do in the ab section of our workout, are killer crunches. We're going to lie back, put our elbows on the floor, close to our body. And crunch up and down. And we're going to do ten of these. Ready and go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And we're going to hold the eleventh up. And see, we're going to bring out our feet to cover our face. And down. We're going to do ten of these. We're going to count from one to ten. Ready and go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And down. And these are how we do our killer crunches to work our lower abs."
