"Okay now, in this part of the lesson we're going to go over a few things on how to improve your game, and what to do when you're bowling bad. Well, how to improve your game we all know is practice, practice, practice. When you're practicing you're practicing. You're not trying to score three hundred. Well, of course you are, but you're not trying to practice for the score. You're trying to practice your approach, your slide, your balance, your accuracy. When you're bowling bad one night, well you may want to slow down. You may move up a little bit on the approach. Slow down a little bit, take your time. Concentrate a little more on your mark; don't try to power the ball. When you try to power the ball you lose your balance; you lose your accuracy. It's not a game of power; it's a game of accuracy. So, go nice and slow, just nice and easy. When you're bowling bad, nine times out of ten, you slow it down, and you could hit your mark. You hit your mark; you throw a strike."
