"Okay, now we're going to go over professional bowling shoes. You buy your own shoes, there's a lot of different kinds. Dexter is one of the most popular. You have Nike, they have all the popular shoes, but you'll notice there's two different bottoms. This is a walking shoe, this is a sliding shoe. They make shoes where this comes off, and you can slide more or you can slide less. And, yeah, they come in all sizes. Now, let me show you what you can rent. When you go to the bowling alley, they rent shoes, and they're always this beautiful. Aren't they beautiful? Gorgeous! You'll see they're a little worn, because you'll probably get two, three hundred different people that wear them, but we disinfect them every time. So, don't worry about renting your shoes. Now, there's other equipment that you need to bowl. This is a rosin bag, or resin bag. That helps you grip it. If your hands get wet, this dries your hands and helps you grip the ball. If you get sticky and your fingers are sticking in the ball, your foot is sticking on the lane, that's a powder. That's a slippery powder. We also use regular powder, also. This is if you get cut. It's called New-Skin. New-Skin will patch up a cut or a blister, and you can continue to bowl because it dries really fast, and it lasts really long. So, that's the basic equipment. You also have hand grips that go over your wrist, and allows your wrist to move but not to bend, okay? And, that's about it."
