"Once you have got ollieing off a ledge down pat the next thing to do is start practicing stalling. Stalling is just pretty much learning how to grind but going really really slow and there is all sorts of different stalls you can do. Next I am going to teach you about stalling. The important that before stalling is you want to have a nice high ollie and be able to make it on top of whatever you are trying to stall on before you attempt to stall on it and basically stalling is just attempting to grind something which is just flying across it with your trucks but with not enough speed so you come to a standstill or a stall. There is all different types of stalls. There is a 50/50 stall, there is a 5 0 stall, there is a nosegrind stall, that would be a nose stall, your board up on it would be a board stall. I mean there is limitless types of stalls out there but again just to remind you this is how you practice grinding on stuff but eventually you are going to get the speed factor down and you are going to be able to start moving rather than just coming to a standstill and I am going to just demonstrate real quick what practicing board stalls will eventually lead to."
