"Next I'm going to show you how to ollie off a ledge. This trick again revolves solely around the ollie which is the fundamental of every trick. We will go over it again, the front foot is in the middle of the board, the back foot is evenly over the back of the tail, hitting the tail, sliding the foot up ad sucking up your knees to get the board off the ground. What makes this a little bit different from a normal ollie or an ollie up the ledge is that if you see on this ledge here there is some coping so you can't cleanly ride right off the end so you are going to have to use your momentum to start the trick earlier so your board is going to pop before it hits the end of the ledge because if it hits the end of the ledge you are probably not going to be able to take off properly or land properly so staying balanced and using the momentum that you build up from getting on the ledge is really going to help you perform this trick to its full potential."
