"Next I am going to show you what is known as the switch frontside 180 and the body spin on this is a lot similar to a normal backside 180 but you are in the switch position which means your feet switch jobs so your normal front foot is your back foot and your normal back foot is your front foot and you want to spin your upper body towards your back foot and when you start to do the switch ollie spin your whole upper body in the direction that you want to spin in which gets the rest of the board to spin and once you have completed the 180 rotation stomp both feet so that the board lands. The switch frontside 180 is the easier of the two switch 180's because again on this rotation you can see where you are spinning. With the switch backside 180 I will probably have enough trouble with because I already have trouble with the normal backside 180 but what makes those difficult is you can't see where you are spinning so just keep in mind that when you are doing this you want to hang those toes over to the front of the board a little bit so you can swoop the whole board and it will stay under your feet as you do the frontside 180."
