"Next I am going to show you how to do a nollie backside 180 and remember this is more difficult to do out of the nollie 180 because you can't see where you are spinning on this one and it is also a little bit more difficult to perform these types of 180's because you are riding with the opposite feet that you normally ride with and for the nollie 180 what you want to do is put your back foot with your toes kind of angling off the edge of the board because you want to be able to keep control if you push this way but you start off moving your body in the opposite direction that you want to turn, stomp on the nose of the board and as you turn spin the rest of the body in the direction that you want to spin in and stomp your feet when you land the board because it will allow the board to maybe not shoot out."
