"Next, I'm going to show you what's known as the backside 180. As I told you in the series before this, the reason why it's called the backside 180 is when you're spinning you're going to be not be able to see anything in front of you while you're spinning so it makes it a little bit more difficult to land it; whereas, as opposed to the front side, you can see everything. It might feel a little bit easier to land, but in reality, you're landing on the board the same exact way. So you want to just center yourself evenly over the board, and to do the backside 180, you'll want to like I said set up in the previous series, set up as a normal ollie. Before you start to spin, turn your upper body in the direction that you don't want to spin in so you can build up some meant some momentum to rotate, and as you ollie, start to turn, and spin the full one hundred and eighty degrees."
