"Next, I'm going to teach you how to do different types of one eighties on the skateboard. First of all, I'm going to teach you how to do the front side one eighty. And it's called the front side one eighty because you're spinning with everything inside of you, versus a back side one eighty, when you're spinning with nothing inside of you, and you don't know where you're going. And, as I said previously, the ollie is the foundation for every other trick, that you're going to learn in these series. So, a one eighty, you want to have your ollie down pat, but the difference is, before you start to ollie, you want to get your upper body spinning in the opposite direction that you want to spin, so you can build up some momentum, so you can complete the rotation. So in this case, I'm going to spin towards my back foot, before I start to ollie, and as I ollie, I'm going to spin towards the front foot. So, in motion, it sort of looks like this. I'm pushing in the ollie position, turning my body, and stomping it as I land it. Cause, as I said before, the board will shoot out, if you don't stomp firmly, when you land. But, just keep in mind to spin your upper body in the opposite direction you want to spin, before you start to ollie. And you should be able to rotate a full one hundred and eighty degrees."
