"Next I'm going to show you what's known as a nollie and before I show you what a nollie is you should know what the nollie position is. The nollie position is like the switch position that I described in the beginning. But what it is, is pretty much riding fakie when you're riding switch. So you have your normal front foot as your back foot and your normal back foot as your front foot, but you're riding in the normal direction you would normally ride. But it's also very similar to the fakie position but same sort of concept as the ollie and the fakie ollie but keep in mind your feet are switching jobs so it might take a little bit more time and practice to get that one. You might want to practice a lot with the ollie before you try it out. The same thing, slam down on the nose of the board, slide your middle foot back toward the tail and get all four wheels off the ground. It's kind of hard to do with this microphone on, don't want to break it but it looks a little something like that. You might want to make it a little bit cleaner but, slam on the nose, slide your middle foot towards the tail, you'll be able to get all four wheels off the ground minus this microphone pack."
