"The first trick I'm going to show you how to do is the most fundamental trick in all of skateboarding. It's what’s known as the Ollie. You're going to have to learn how to do this trick as some point because every other trick revolves around it. And what I usually do to Ollie is you want to put your front foot in the middle of the board evenly spread out, back foot on the tail of the board evenly spread out. And what you do is you slam on the tail make it hit the ground slide your front foot up and when you do that it sucks the rest of the board up you're able to take all four of the wheels off the ground and once you incorporate the pushing that I showed you earlier in the series you can try the trick moving. It looks a little something like this. Feet evenly spread out on the tail, all four wheels off the ground and you want to stomp both feet when you land so your board doesn't shoot out and you don't fall because you're trying to look cool while you're trying to look cool while you're doing this trick. You're not trying to embarrass yourself."
