"Now we're going to be installing the new rear suspension. Here we go. The rear lift spring is what we're installing right now. Once you have the lift spring bolted into both ends of the truck, you're now going to lower the transmission jack to drop the rear axle on top of the lift spring. Once you have the lift spring dropped on top of the axle, bolt back in the U-bolts and you're good to go."
