"The next thing I'm going to show you is called the Inverted Figure Eight with your hips. Again it's based off the regular Figure Eight with your hips but it's backwards essentially. We're going to draw an eight on the floor with your hips. So again what you want to do is you want to start twisted, your left hip is ready to go back toward the wall, push it back. Bring it around to the front, now it's forward. You want to slide your hips back, bring this one up, push it, push it out to the side, now it's at the forward angle, slide it so that this one's back to the back again. Bring it around to the front, slide it back and around. It's called the Inverted Figure Eight. We're going to smooth it out, make sure you keep your upper body as still as you possibly can. You want to isolate just your hips so it is visible what you are doing. Again, come around from the back, forward, slide back, and around forward. Inverted Figure Eight."
