"Now we're going to talk about the Burmese Dance Form. It's very important because we have to have a proper positions. It's a little bit kind of tired like to, bend the knees like this all time. And when you check my profile, that will be, you know, lift up the back like this, have a cuff line and also bend knee and then raise the chest up. And the face is always like straight to the audience. If you have audience level down and up there, try to look in the middle so you don't have to your wide eye, you know, lifting up or look like you're sleepy. So make sure you always have eye contact between the first row and the last row of the audience. And then, when you see my feet here, the proper way when before you start is three to four fingertip. It has to go like that. And then this is for the beginner and you have to stay like that all times."
