"The next thing I'm going to show you is called the Choo Choo Shimmy. The Choo Choo Shimmy is actually one of my favorite moves. The first thing that we do is, make sure you're in correct posture, and what we're going to do is we're going to come up on our toes. Watching that posture, and we're just going to take little steps with our feet. Step, step, step, while you're doing this, you don't want to add any squeezing later on, you don't want to squeeze anything in your butt. You just want to let everything flow from side to side. So what we're going to do is we're going to start picking up the pace. Step, step, step, step, step, step, and make sure you try to sink into it. The more you sink into it with your knees, the more hip action you're going to get. Step, step, step, step, turning to the side, keeping your posture. Again, it's just little tiny steps. Step, step, step, and not squeezing anything. Keep your chest lifted, step, step, step. This is a Choo Choo Shimmy. It's a beautiful move. Again, just tiny steps on your toes."
