The next thing I'm going to show you is called the three-quarter shimmy. Make sure you're in great posture. What you want to do is bring one foot forward. You're going to slide the hip forward, back, forward. Now, when I am forward, my weight is on the forward foot and when I'm back, my weight is in the back foot. So, again, it's forward, back, forward. So again, this is a three-quarter shimmy. Forward, back, forward, it's just a front, back, front. That's the entire move. So step forward with the other foot, forward, back, forward. Step forward with the other foot, forward, back, forward. Now, we're going to take a step back. Back with the right, back, forward, back. Back with the left, back, forward, back. And we're going to bring it forward now. Again, watching your posture, forward on the right first, forward, back, forward and left, forward, back, forward. One more time, forward on the right, back, forward and bring it back, back on the left foot, back, foot forward, back and back, back, forward, back, back, forward, back and forward, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three and one, two, three. Three-quarter shimmy.
