"The next thing I'll show you is called the hip slide; it's similar to the chest slide but it's done with your chest, with your hips. Getting your feet about shoulder length apart, you want to make sure you are tucked under and your chest is lifted; and your watch your chin. On this one we're going to shift our hip out; you want to keep it on a flat plane, push out here on the hips; slide it across, push your hip out. Again, it's almost like somebody had a string here and there pulling my hips from the side; and pull and pull to, vision somebody pulling and pulling; pulling and pulling. Again just be conscience of your chest, you want to make sure your chest is not going anywhere you just want to make sure it's just focused and isolated to your hips. So this is your hip slide; slide slide slide slide slide slide and slide. This is what it would look like form the back; again slide slide, keeping it very steady; keeping your upper body still, slide slide slide slide and again to the front; keeping those, that chest still; slide slide slide and slide. This is your your hip slide."
