The next thing I'm going to show you is a spin with reaching arms. Again, for this move you want to make sure you are keeping yourself tucked under. You want to make sure your chest is lifted and your chin is flat and your knees are bent. We're going to start with a basic turn. You just want to step back, step back and step back. What we're going to do is take your foot and return. We want to do this on your toes stepping, step, step. We're going to pick up the pace on that one just a little bit and turn and turn and turn. Now to add the reaching arms with this one, when you turn you're going to reach out with one arm, keep an elbow very loose. You don't want to have it straight. You want to keep the arm loose and the other arm comes up like a ballerina arm. What I mean by that is you always want to keep your arm in kind of this position; this position when it comes up. Once again when it comes forward, keep the elbows slightly bent. You don't want to be pointing and your hand doesn't want to be stiff; just nice and relaxed arms. You want to spin and when in transition, we're going to reach. When we reach, we take the leg and point it out to the side. So, reach and lean into the arm. Again, we're going to spin, turn and reach. Just remember, your left arm comes forward, left leg. So, we're going to spin, reach with the right, right leg and spin and reach with the left leg and left arm, spin, reach, spin and reach, spin. One more time, spin and reach.
