"Combination Number 2 that I'm going to show you is a shoulder roll into a chest lift. You want to start by rolling the shoulders really large, like we learned. Up and around, up and around, up and around. And then from there, we're going to drop the shoulders and lift the chest, lift, lift. During this whole time, you want to make sure you are in correct posture. Again, we're going to go back to the shoulder rolls, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And chest lift, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight. One more time, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Again, these are combinations you can add to start building your own dance with."
