Next thing I'll show you the snake arms. For snake arms it's very important to keep yourself in correct posture, tail bone tucked under, knees slightly bent and chest lifted. We're going to start with your left arm, elbow up first through the wrist, through the knuckles and through the fingertips and to release that, elbow, wrist and fingers. Elbow up, wrist, fingers, elbow down, wrist, fingers. And again, the points to hit are elbow up, wrist up, knuckles, and through the fingertips. Elbow, wrist, and down to the fingers. To smooth that out, this is what it would look like. Again, keeping your posture, elbow, wrist, fingers, elbow, wrist, fingers. Now the other arm. You want to bring the elbow up, wrist, knuckles, fingers, elbow, wrist, fingers. Elbow, wrist, fingers, elbow, wrist, fingers. And smoothing it out, and to put it together, what you want to do, starting with your left arm, elbow, wrist fingers, and as that turns to come down, the other elbow, wrist, fingers. Again, as that turns to come down, elbow, wrist, fingers, and as that comes down, the other one's coming up. And here is a smooth snake arm.
