"The next thing I'm going to speak to you about is shoulder rolls. Shoulder rolls can be used very many; in very different ways in your dance. How to do a shoulder roll is when you bring your shoulder forward, you want to bring it up, bring it back and bring it down, bring it forward, bring it up, bring it back, and bring it down. You want to smooth it out, real big roll. You want to make sure you're keeping that very large; because you want to make sure it is a big shoulder roll. Again, you want to keep your posture and you want to try to keep the rest of your body very still. The other shoulder we're going to bring it forward, up, back and down, forward, up, back, and down. We're going to smooth that out; big shoulder roll. Later on we can add this with arms. In many different ways we can accent our dance with this. Just add a little bit of arms with it, bring our arms out to ten o'clock and two o'clock and just let them come out right in front of you and roll, roll, roll, roll. Again, this is shoulder rolls; roll, roll."
