"The next thing I'm going to show you is the waterfall. The waterfall again is based off of the hand undulation. Again, just nice flowing hands right at the wrists, the fingers, the knuckles and the finger tips. What we're going to do is we're going to raise our arms up, keeping our self in good posture. All the way up, back to your hands meet, cross your hands in front. Now, we're going to hand undulate all the way down in front of yourself; both hands crossing each other. Then a big swoop up; back of the hands almost meet. Then you want to cross, cross, cross, cross. To be done very slowly; cross, cross, cross and back up or it can be done a lot faster, cross, cross, cross. Again, it can be done quick: cross, cross, cross; one last time, waterfall. It's a very beautiful move to add to your dance."
