"The next thing I'm going to talk to you about is hand undulations. A lot of times I'll tell my students just to warm up into this for exercise for your hands. Just to push your knuckles down. Just to get some more flexibility in your hands; so push, push. This will help open up your hand. While you're doing this you do want to make sure you are in correct posture. The hand undulation looks like this. How you do that is you want to bring your wrist up first, hand comes down at an angle; bring your knuckles up; fingers kind of stay down; your knuckles and through the fingers. Then your wrist will come down, your knuckles, knuckles here and then your finger tips. So, again the wrist, knuckles, knuckles on your fingers, finger tips and wrist down, knuckles, knuckles, and fingers. To smooth that out; this is what a hand undulation would look like. What you can do with the hand undulation. You can add both hands at the same time. Do it right below your eyes, again undulating right underneath your eyes just as an accent move. This can be done very slowly, it can be done very quick, it can be done like this or it can be just done very slow. Again, that's the hand undulation."
