It's called falling leaves and usually you can hold it there for a couple of, a couple of seconds or however long you feel. Then you can bring it down, both arms together. It's called the falling leaves, make sure to keep your posture. Then we can just do the attention on one arm, coming up. Another thing I like to do is add the other arm immediately afterwards. And again, you can watch your wrist just to bring attention to that. Again, you can add both wrist together, both wrist coming down, keeping our posture. And that is the falling leaves."
