"Now, I'm going to show you head circle. It's also called a head circle slide. You want to make sure with yourself that you are in correct posture before you begin. What you want to do is bring your head forward, slide it forward, over to the side, slide it back and slide it to the side. It's almost like you're connecting the side to side and the forward and back slide. You're going to bring them all together. So, bring it forward, side, back, side. You want to hit four points keeping the rest of your body very still. Then we're going to smooth it out into a circle hitting all four points; forward, side, back, side. Now we're going to add arms. We're going to bring the arms up and again make sure those arms stay right above your head. Bring it forward, side, back, side, forward, side, back, side and we're going to smooth it out into a head circle or a head circle slide. It's a really beautiful accent move when you're belly dancing. Then we're going to try reversing it. Go the other way. There you have it; head circle."
