Next I am going to show you combination number one. It is a way for you to put some of your traveling moves and some of your other moves together. The first thing I am going to show you is a 3/4 shimmy into a 3 point turn and then a chest lift. So 3/4 shimmy is right, left, right, weight shifting again, right, left, right, left foot, right foot, left foot and we're going to transition from there, your right foot is free to go and we are going to step right, step left, step right and chest lift, again we're going to start on the right foot so it is 3/4 shimmy, right, left, right, step forward with the left foot, left, right, left, right foot is free, so we are going to step right, left, right and chest lift and we are going to bring that up the pace and this is a combination you can build on and use it in your own dance. So we are going to start with the 3/4 shimmy and a 3 point turn and then a chest lift so right, left, right, left, right, left, three point turn, two, three and chest lift, two, three, four and we'll just do that one more time so 3/4 shimmy, three, one, two, three, 3 point turn and one, two, three, four and that is combination number one.
