"The next traveling move I'll show you is called the Gush. What we're going to do is, we're going to travel from side to side with this move, we're going to step out, and we're going to step together; we're going to step out, and step together; again, back to the left, step out, step together; step out, step together. So what I do is I step out with my right foot flat, bring the left foot up onto a pointed toe, that brings my hip up, so bring your foot flat, and up onto a pointed toe; down, and up. Once you come up, you're going to slide your feet together, step out with the right, bring your foot up on your toe before you slide together. Again, going left, step out with the left, up on the right toe, and slide together; out with the left, up on the right toe, and slide together. We're going to put this together, out with the right, up, and slide; out, up, and slide; out with the right, up, and slide; now back to the left; out, up, and slide; out, up, and slide; out, up, and slide. We're going to add some arms, we're going to push up every time we go up with the toe; out, up, and slide; out, up, and slide; out, up, and slide; and over to the left; out, up, and slide; and one time at full pace. That's your Gush traveling move."
